ST-12 conductivity type tester is an instrument that uses the principle of thermoelectricity to identify the semiconductor conductivity type (PN type).

Complete set of instrument: the instrument is composed of the host, probe and other parts. The conductive type P or N is displayed by the nixie tube. The probe is used together with cold and hot probes.

Advantages: The thermal probe has the function of constant temperature adjustment to meet the needs of conducting type tests with wide range and low resistivity! Both cold and hot probes are plug in type for easy replacement.
